March 8, 2014
TERRENCE JOHN HARDIN [#105767], 66, of Pasadena was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on three years’ probation and ordered to take the MPRE. The order took effect March 8, 2014.Hardin stipulated to the facts surrounding his Feb. 11, 2013 conviction for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and driving on a revoked or suspended license knowing that his license was not valid. In addition, Hardin admitted to a 2010 conviction for drunk driving where his blood alcohol level exceeded .08 percent.Hardin’s 2013 conviction stemmed from a 2011 accident in which Hardin collided with an SUV in his Mercedes. Hardin left the scene and did not immediately pull over for police, even though the officer had turned on his flashing lights and siren. An open bottle of vodka was later found in the car.In mitigation, Hardin had no prior record of discipline and entered into a pretrial stipulation with the State Bar.
