DALE CARL SCHAFER, 58, of Cool was suspended for two years, stayed, placed on one year of probation with an actual one-year suspension and he was ordered to take the MPRE. He receives credit for a period of interim suspension that began Dec. 2, 2007. The order took effect June 16, 2012.Schafer was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute at least 100 marijuana plants.In mitigation, he has no prior discipline.
