The order took effect April 25, 2013.In 2011, Stock was convicted of possession of marijuana for sale, a felony.In mitigation, Stock had no prior record of discipline, was experiencing emotional and physical problems at the time of the misconduct, was cooperative with the State Bar and showed remorse for his wrongdoing. He received limited mitigation for good character.
