TIMOTHY JOHN STOCK [#132487], 68, of West Sacramento was suspended for three years, stayed, and placed on three years of probation with an actual two-year suspension and until he proves his rehabilitation and fitness to practice law. The order took effect April 25, 2013.

In 2011, Stock was convicted of possession of marijuana for sale, a felony.

In mitigation, Stock had no prior record of discipline, was experiencing emotional and physical problems at the time of the misconduct, was cooperative with the State Bar and showed remorse for his wrongdoing. He received limited mitigation for good character.

March 30, 2012

TIMOTHY JOHN STOCK [#132487], 67, of West Sacramento was placed on interim suspension March 30, 2012, following a conviction for felony possession of marijuana for sale. He was ordered to comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court.
