MICHAEL AMNON BARUCH [#150313], 50, of West Hollywood, was placed on one year of probation and faces a one-year suspension if he does not comply with the terms of his disciplinary probation. He was also ordered to take the MPRE. The order took effect June 6, 2015.Baruch stipulated that he reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar he was in compliance with his MCLE requirements when he wasn’t.In mitigation, Baruch presented evidence of his good character, entered into a prefiling stipulation with the State Bar, has done extensive community service and showed remorse for his wrongdoing.
