SEAN GREG ERENSTOFT [#161898], 44, of Encino was summarily disbarred Aug. 21, 2011, and was ordered to comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court.Erenstoft pleaded no contest in 2010 to attempting to dissuade a witness. The crime is a felony and because it involves “the specific intent to impede justice” it also involves moral turpitude. It therefore meets the criteria for summary disbarment.
