TYLER PATRICK NIXON, 40, of Wilmington, Del., was suspended for one year, stayed, placed on two years of probation and was ordered to take the MPRE. The order took effect July 4, 2012.Nixon was convicted in Delaware in 2011 of possession of marijuana and ecstasy and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.In mitigation, he has no discipline record in nine years of practice, cooperated with the bar’s investigation, presented evidence of his good character and no clients were harmed.
