ELIZABETH ANN MELLO [#244401], 37, of Coyote, was suspended from the practice of law for 60 days and placed on probation for two years. She must pass the MPRE and attend Client Trust Accounting School. The order took effect Sept. 3, 2016.Mello failed to fulfill the terms of discipline in a prior case over compliance with MCLE requirements. She failed to provide proof of successful completion of Ethics School and failed to file one quarterly report.In aggravation, Mello had a single prior record of discipline for MCLE noncompliance. In mitigation, she admitted to her misconduct.
