Why are accounts locked?
For security reasons, users (both new and returning) are allowed a limited number of attempts to register or log in. After an unsuccessful attempt, the number of attempts remaining is displayed on the registration or log in page. If you exceed the number of allowed attempts, you will not be able to access My State Bar Profile.
I have exceeded the number of attempts allowed to register or log in. What should I do?

You need to contact the Attorney Services Center at 1-888-800-3400 (see below for hours) to reinstate your account. The Attorney Services Center staff will ask you to provide answers to your security questions. These are the security questions and answers you selected when you registered with My State Bar Profile.
